AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design for the tenant improvements for the four-story, 76,000 SF building where Technicolor occupies space on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The building is situated on top of a below grade parking structure. The space will include a mix of creative office space, hot desk locations, private offices, project rooms, producer offices, artists shared offices, project suites, production offices, sales offices, editorial spaces, engineering space, Finish Bays, Color Bays, QA/QC Rooms, (2) Theatres/ Screening rooms, Projection Rooms and IDF Rooms, reception, meeting rooms, conference rooms, breakout spaces, main pantry/ dining area, pantries/ Café and support spaces.
