AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design services for the tenant improvement of their fun and innovative new headquarters located at The BLOC in downtown Los Angeles. The project included upgrading MEP systems and ceilings, installing new sprinkler distribution, enhancing fire/life safety features, implementing new lighting solutions, improving HVAC distribution, and new power distribution. J2 Global is an internet information and services company with multiple brands under its umbrella.
