AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering; fire protection design; low voltage technology design, lighting design and construction administration services for the multiple phases of tenant improvements for Visa Metro Campus in Foster City. The campus is composed of two 12-story buildings, with attached 4-level parking garages. The design included several floors of office space, specialty rooms, restrooms, prayer rooms, meeting rooms, copy/work rooms and amenities spaces including a tech connection bar, 4,000 SF health/wellness center, cafeteria, and auditorium/lobby. There is an interconnecting staircase between the floors and a bridge connecting the two buildings. AlfaTech/IBIS also provided Smart Building Technology Services for this project.
