Magnopus is a content-focused technology company forging design, art, and technology to create new experiences across augmented reality and virtual reality. AlfaTech provided the MEP design for the tenant improvements for their creative offices in downtown L.A.’s historic 12-story PacMutual building. Scope included VR/AR digital labs, visual effects studio, motion capture studio, makers space, server room and engineering workstations. Provided N+1 power and mechanical systems throughout.
