AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing fire protection engineering and technology (low voltage, audio visual and security) design for 156,000 square foot complete interior renovation for a 2-building campus for the industry leading microprocessor supplier’s US headquarters in San Jose. Facility includes office spaces,, conference rooms, phone/huddle rooms, MDF/IDF rooms, customer collaboration facility, fitness center, a full service café and a new secure exterior multipurpose amenity space. The firm also provided Title-24 Energy Modeling services. Technology services included design modifications for the low voltage cable plant for the facility and pathway systems for distribution of structured cabling infrastructure, and coordination of Telco and network connectivity to building systems including BMS, MEP, security and life safety systems. Interiors are designed to be certified WELL Platinum (pending) and were certified LEED Gold.
