AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for infrastructure upgrades to this medical office building. Services included Electrical Transformer Upgrade & Electrical Distribution, HVAC Upgrade, Fire Sprinkler Upgrade, including coordination with Civil Engineer to bring new Fire Services. Additional services included riser assembly and stub-out for future tenants' improvement (ti) services, plumbing, including replacement of existing plumbing fixtures with new ADA type, & other life safety upgrades as required for city approval, including fire alarm and smoke detection
