AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the modifications to base building systems to support future Life Science use, approximately 29,000 SF, as well as construction of two spec labs, approximately 10,000 SF, on the 2 nd floor. Project included full internal demo, replacement of rooftop HVAC and generator for future labs, Lobby interior and exterior refresh with HVAC, power and lighting, exterior architectural lighting, remodel of restroom cores.
