AlfaTech is providing a Smart Building Platform with fully automated shades, new BMS sequences and occupancy/non-occupancy setpoints.

AlfaTech is providing comprehensive engineering solutions encompassing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, as well as technology services, including low voltage and audio-visual systems, Smart Building integration, and lighting design for the tenant improvements for Visas new Global Headquarters at 1051 3rd Street, commonly referred to as Mission Rock Parcel G. This 13-story building boasts a generous 283,135 square feet of interior space and an additional 33,000 square feet allocated to multi level terraces and a roof garden. It is configured to accommodate multiple tenants, with ground-level retail shops and cafes. Notably, the majority of the building is dedicated exclusively to Visa.
