AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering, architectural lighting, and acoustic design for the tenant improvements for LinkedIn's 113,000-square-foot South Bay office at 445 N Mary.

Beyond traditional office spaces, the project introduced contemporary indoor and outdoor gym and fitness areas, complete with locker rooms for added convenience. A game lounge, inviting café area, bike storage facilities, and advanced building management systems were incorporated, aligning with modern workplace trends and 'Smart Building' technology to enhance efficiency and functionality. AlfaTech's contribution extended to providing essential sustainability and regulatory services, including LEED Energy Modeling, CALGreen Advisory, Title 24 Energy Modeling, and performance calculations, further emphasizing our commitment to creating environmentally conscious and high-performing workspaces. This project reflects innovation and a focus on a holistic office experience.
