AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and technology(low voltage, audio visual and security) design services for the tenant improvements to this two-story, 46,884 SF building. Scope included renovation of the open office space and HVAC zoning for new room buildouts, new perimeter and interior private offices, conference rooms, updated main central stair lobby, gym, outdoor patio and amenity and support areas, media room, core restrooms upgrade, new open break-out space and pantry with the addition of a new coffee station with sink, mothers/wellness room, and a new server/IDF room with 24/7 DX split system and rack mounted UPS power.
