AlfaTech provided technology-engineering services for Charles Schwab in Dallas. This site consisted of three phases. Phase 1: Core & Shell, DFW-A 3-story 141,000 SF office buildings, DFW-1 5 story 341,800 SF, DFW-2 4 story 164,000 SF. Phase 2: DFW-3 6 story 270,000 SF, DFW-4 9 story 405,000 SF. There was a service tunnel connected to the office to the amenities building below the road. There was also a 7-level parking structure, a total of 750,000 SF with a capacity of more than 2,000 cars. Project ran for 6 years and will be complete May of 2022.

The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
