AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and technology design services for their Phoenix South Mountain Campus on Francisco Drive. Project included converting approximately 45,000 SF of data center area on two floors into open office space, including entrance/lobby build-out with new elevator and restrooms. A new café in an adjacent building was expanded to accommodate 1,000 personnel. AlfaTech supervised the entire design effort and the commissioning effort.
