AMEX envisioned a distinctive, sophisticated, and cutting-edge lounge tailored for its exclusive members, destined to become a premier destination within the new International Terminal 3 at San Francisco International Airport. AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, technology and security services for this 7,000 SF tenant improvement project. he meticulously crafted lounge boasts a range of features, including a striking two-story living wall, a wine wall complemented by a tasting station, private workspaces, a glass-enclosed family area, a dedicated member services desk, restrooms with showers, a relaxation zone, a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting open bar, a new relaxation space, two additional phone rooms, and generously spaced seating and dining areas. This multifaceted design ensures a refined and inviting environment for AMEX members to unwind and engage within the bustling airport setting. The lounge is the first LEED Platinum lounge in California.
