AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process piping, lighting, and technology engineering design services for this tenant improvement project consisting of a 221,000 SF, two-story, type IIB steel structure with precast panels. Work included developing a program and conceptually design the space to accommodate the needs of the Client and comply with local codes and ordinances.
