Tapestry, Inc. a New York-based house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle brands including Coach, Kate Spade New York and Stuart Weitzman. AlfaTech provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, Smart Building and Technology (Low Voltage, Wi- Fi, Audio Visual, and Security) design services for Tapestry’s fulfillment center in Las Vegas. The project consists of 27,424 SF of office space and 761,417 SF of warehouse space. The facility has robust security, network and Wi-Fi coverage to support all building systems and operations and the office space will include breakrooms and a retail store. Our services included full design, bidding, and construction administration services for the technology scope of work including low voltage cabling, physical perimeter and interior security systems, audio visual systems and Wi-Fi predictive modeling. The scope of work also included MEP consulting to assist in evaluating sustainability strategies, Net Zero, Carbon footprint reduction and Smart Building capabilities intended to achieve LEED Gold certification and to peer review design concepts.
