AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as low voltage, audiovisual and security technology design services for the confidential client’s office relocation project. The client will occupy approximately 78,349 SF on floors 2 through 4, along with additional footage for the Shop area and a Gym in the basement garage. This new facility will accommodate specialty spaces requiring Technology systems and infrastructure, which include conference rooms, training rooms, vehicle ops, tele ops, phone rooms, executive rooms, reception areas, IT help desks, board rooms, gyms, shops, cafés, server, all-hands space, and much more.
