AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the tenant improvement for Creative Office space Withers Worldwide, a globally recognized law firm with offices across the US and internationally. Project included lobby, private offices, conference rooms, marketing center, call center, zoom rooms, print area and wellness room.

A view of downtown can be seen from their two outdoor balconies, break rooms, and conference spaces, giving this office a strong LA identity.

Throughout the project, we navigated a tight schedule by phasing out the project into 2 parts and negotiating with vendors to expedite deliveries. The final product boasts custom millwork, unique lighting systems, and outdoor hardscape & landscape.
