AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for this adaptive reuse project, converting a former high bay single-story retail space into a 12,000 SF creative office studio for Lady Gaga's Haus Laboratories cosmetics brand. The space features a mix of shared workspaces, private offices, storage rooms, lobby, open work areas, conference rooms, pantry, content studio, product development, cosmetic lab, and open breakroom area.
