AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for the tenant improvement at Magnite's West Los Angeles office. The scope involved remodeling the southeast section of the third floor, the entire fourth floor, an existing elevator lobby, and creating a new employee break area/pantry space featuring a juice bar and mothers’ room. Additionally, the project included the installation of new power circuitry and lighting controls for LED lighting in office spaces, along with power distribution tailored to meet the space's programmatic requirements.
