Smashbox is known throughout the industry as a hub for world-class photographers and directors to shoot important content for major magazines, ad campaigns, music & entertainment projects and brand visuals. The project included 25,000 SF containing 4 studio spaces, annex studio space, cafe and reception area. The building required an electrical power upgrade to increase the power requirements for the studio spaces. Studio spaces had multizone HVAC, Overhead lighting, private restrooms, private hair, make-up & wardrobe areas. Each studio contained multiple 600A cam lock connections for studio equipment.
