AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for Red Bulls new High Performance Gym and Skill Development Center in Santa Monica, CA. The project included tenant improvements to approximately 7,600 SF ground floor including refresh to existing reception area and 3,700 SF mezzanine space which were transformed from office space into an elite high-performance gym/fitness space with a focus on sports science. The project included strength & conditioning spaces, cold therapy plunge room, biomechanics lab, PT physio & therapy rooms, cardio lab, restrooms, showers and office space.
