Confidential project which comprised of a 64,000 SF structure, circa 600ft x108ft build from re-purposed shipping containers on a floating barge. The shipping containers were welded together. Inside the building was a secret imitation bar and nightclub that was build as a method of displaying new intelligent smart eyeglass technology developed by a major tech company. The mechanical system comprised of a VRF system with individual zoned fan coil units. A giant 4 story showroom was created within the center of the container array.
