When DLR were looking for a new home to consolidate the ever-growing Pasadena and Santa Monica offices, the BLOC was the chosen downtown location. DLR occupy the 22nd the partial 23rd floor providing a total of 27,000 SF. The design encompassed modern features, cutting edge technology to provide a creative environment for its staff and a key focus on maximizing the space with flexible space usage. The space encompasses open office space, private focus rooms, multiple conference rooms, a Bru pantry, model shop rooms and flexible studio spaces. We provided MEP engineering for the space and worked closely with the landlord and contractors to deliver a successful project on a time and on budget.
