Relationships Service Underwriting Integrity (RSUI) is a national specialized insurance company. AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for the tenant improvements to their 5 th floor office, totaling 18,000 SF. Services included design of new sprinkler distribution, fire/life safety, new lighting circuitry with T-24 compliant lighting controls, HVAC distribution zoned into smaller zones for thermal comfort, new power distribution, new plumbing to pantries and a 24/7 CRAC unit for their new server room.
