CONFIDENTIALCLIENT Various Locations 380,000 SF Campus We provided the design and project/construction management for the complete tenant improvements of 380,000 SF, six-building campus. Scope included demolition, and replacement of mechanical, electrical systems, site, and architectural upgrades including seismic retrofit. Project included stair relocations, skylights additions, prototype shop, test labs, fitness center, distribution facility, café, kitchen, and full amenity spaces.
