AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services to the confidential client’s campus in Foster City, CA. The tenant improvement work consisted of two warm shell buildings totaling 14,600 SF. Both buildings received a new HVAC system, electrical accommodations, and new plumbing upgrades. Building two will house a new prototyping shop.
