Services included due diligence of the 49,000 SF two-story admin building, 245,000 SF high bay manufacturing building, and 7,500 SF equipment support structure. Additional services included a review of as-built documents and field survey efforts to assess the existing system conditions, state of repair, and suitability for re-use for adaptation into an office, R&D, and testing facility.
