Provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the Crown Sydney Hotel Resort, a premier 77-story luxury high-rise and casino development in Sydney, Australia. The team engineered advanced MEP systems to support 350 upscale hotel rooms and suites, alongside 82 high-end residential apartments spanning multiple configurations. The project includes two separate swimming pools for residents and guests, expansive casino floors on the 3rd and 4th levels, and flexible ballroom spaces designed for large-scale events. We also supported diverse hospitality venues comprising 14 restaurants and bars, retail outlets, and a multifunctional tennis court event space with staging capabilities. The teams design integrated cutting-edge energy efficiency measures and robust building systems to ensure occupant comfort and operational excellence in one of Australia’s most iconic mixed -use developments. Our collaboration helped position Crown Sydney as a global benchmark for luxury hospitality and entertainment.
