AlfaTech provided electrical and plumbing engineering services to upgrade the site’s power and gas systems in support of a new landscape design. The work included reviewing and improving existing power distribution for outdoor lighting and general use, coordinating light pole placement with the landscape and structural teams, and designing natural gas piping connected to the building’s existing system. AlfaTech also designed gas and power for fire pits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
