The project scope of this project was to design the central plant and the heating and cooling infrastructure to support the existing and future development of the studio lot.

We investigated (3) schemes for the central plant based upon the following options:

Option #1: Chillers and Cooling Towers Elevated above a base camp

Option #2: Chillers located at Grade Level with Cooling Towers directly above

Option #3: Chillers in lower parking level with cooling towers with on grade or elevated above base camp
