The firm provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for this project which consisted of the renovation of a historic building near downtown Los Angeles to convert approximately 80,000 square feet to a new state-of-the-art law research library for the university. Each of the study carrels were wired for complete network and internet connectivity to allow extensive research. The utility systems were replaced with energy efficient equipment while maintaining the historical aspects of the building.
