The firm provided utility connections and designed the MEP system in the South Pasadena Unified School District’s Marengo Elementary School. Services to the new buildings included air conditioning to each classroom, lighting and power to each classroom, and plumbing connections. The project consist of three new modular classroom buildings which will house two standard size classrooms and one Arts classroom. The total square foot of the project is approximately 4,340 SF. This project required DSA approval.
