This project consist of five new modular classroom buildings for the South Pasadena Unified School District’s Arroyo Vista Elementary School. Services included four standard classrooms and an arts classroom. The total square foot of the project is approximately 5,280 SF. The firm provided utility connections and designed the MEP system in the new buildings such air conditioning to each classroom, lighting and power to each classroom, and plumbing connections. This project required DSA approval.
