The firm provided engineering design services to the South Pasadena Unified School District’s Monterey Hills Elementary Schoo l. This new two-story modular classroom buildings will contain seven standard size classrooms, a larger arts classroom, a restroom module, and a 960 SF teacher workroom. The firm provided utility connections and designed the MEP system in the new buildings such air conditioning to each classroom, lighting and power to each classroom, and plumbing connections. The total square foot of the project is approximately 9,600 SF plus an elevator. This project required DSA approval
