The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure with a precast and glass exterior . There are four levels of parking and 12 stories of condominiums. The ground floor is reserved for retail space. Building amenities include concierge services, electronically controlled access to the attended lobby, a 50-foot heated pool and spa, a fitness center, a parking garage, and a clubroom with a full kitchen.
