AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for this modular wood construction and stick frame 5-story housing complex in downtown Los Angeles. Site will have a total of 354 live/work units, lobby, management office, flexible courtyard and rooftop amenity spaces and 2 levels below grade parking, totaling 300,000 SF. AlfaTech is responsible for the design of PV and solar thermal systems.
