The Wilshire Terrace, built in 1958, is a high-rise landmark designed by Victor Gruen & Associates features a prestigious clientele as well as spectacular views and stunning architecture. This iconic masterpiece offers 84 units on 14 floors with one, two, and three bedroom layouts in sizes ranging from 1000 to over 4200 square feet. The prestigious courtyard and garden area out front surrounds a lovely fountain area perfect for just sitting or taking a stroll along the grounds. his building includes valet parking, concierge, hair salon, pool, spa and conference room among other amenities. The firm provided engineering design services for this high-density residential complex with multi story towers. This project design consisted of repairing fire damage as well as to bring the entire high-rise up to current codes.
