The firm completed the design of what will be the most sustainable multi-family residential project in Phoenix. The project consists of 70 living units, 5 stories, retail podium and more.

Some major design features include a centralized heat recovery heat pump VRF system, with centralized heat pump outside air/exhaust air heat recovery, centralized domestic water heating with solar thermal, and solar PV (73% of connected load).

Specific team members were engaged by the client to design ECO Phoenix to be the most sustainable multi-family project in Phoenix because of our strong sustainability design experience.
