Specific team members provided mechanical engineering services for the McKay Village residential housing at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. This project consists of seven 34-plex, 3-story apartment buildings for students with four unit types housing two, three or four students, residents enjoy in-unit amenities including a dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer, and its central location.

A major design feature includes in-floor radiant heat using the individual domestic water heater in each unit as the heat source for both in-floor heating and domestic water.
