AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for this two-phase luxury RV resort located on a 13.86-acre site at 825 E Street in Chula Vista, CA. Resort includes 90 stalls for RV parking with private patios, picnic tables, firepits, WiFi and cable, two buildings for indoor attractions such as arcade, event room, billiards room and on-site cantina, and fitness center with onsite laundry and general store, one below ground pool, seven cabanas, two spas and a pool equipment building, splash pad, playground and a sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts along with nine vehicle parking stalls – 5 standard, 2 accessible and 2 EV.

This project was designed recognizing the adjacent seasonal wetland and the native bird species living there.
