Tenant Improvement (SCIF/Data Center) 58,300 SF

AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and process engineering and technology design services for the 58,300 SF of Tenant improvements in a two-story building for the Confidential Space propulsion developer of in-space transportation services for the inner solar system. Project included ground floor open workstations, data center, reception area, conference rooms, display area and lounge space, employee breakroom/kitchen and restroom, and second floor with open workstations, private offices, new restrooms and an opening overlooking to ground floor lounge area. Secure office suites were designed and built to meet the UL 705. Project included new lighting power circuitry and controls for the new LED lighting in office space, N+1 cooling unit and back-up generator.
