AlfaTech provided mechanical and electrical engineering and technology (low voltage structured cabling, audio visual systems, access control and video surveillance security, and sound masking) design services for the tenant improvement to 20,000 SF SCIF office suite on the twenty sixth floor of a high rise building. Renovation included new primary suite entry with vestibule, visitor internet & cell phone suite, offices, Open area cubical work stations, multiple conference rooms, print area, reception desk with executive waiting area, kitchenette/lunch room, wellness/mothers room, the Secure Storage & Safe Room, Storage closet, logistics room, Computer Equipment Room (CER), CER HVAC Room, unclassified IT closet, unclassified storage room and Demarc room (telecom). The secure office suite was designed and built to meet the latest version of the Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705)

Tenant Improvement TYPE: SIZE: 12,400 SF

AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety/fire alarm and technology (IT, AV and security) design services for the tenant improvements of converting Building S from its current 12,400 SF single-story footprint to a two-story building by adding a structural mezzanine. Project included demolishing existing MEP systems and design of new systems required to support the secure building with various SCIF spaces, clean room, conference rooms. All design followed the company’s SCIF protocols and standards.
