AlfaTech (AT) provided services comprehensive full design for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, technology, and innovative lighting solutions for tenant improvements for Uber’s impressive new sustainable headquarters, situated within the Chase Center campus. These two impressive 11-story high-rise buildings were designed to stimulate creativity and innovation. They boast a diverse range of spaces, from vibrant collaborative areas to serene work zones. The campus offers an array of amenities designed for occupant comfort, terrace balconies, a spacious two-floor kitchen and cafeteria, as well as inviting coffee and smoothie bars. The scope encompassed additional programming features such as a library, makers' room, event lounge, conference center, training rooms, and ground-level retail spaces. Mission Bay 3 includes an expansive 11,400-square-foot wellness fitness center on the third level that includes a fully equipped gym and is further enhanced by a 4,200-square-foot exterior terrace, thoughtfully provided for employee use, enhancing the overall workplace experience.
