AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for Uber at 200 Mathilda. This project was for tenant improvements of approximately 94,855 SF in a 5-story building. The space includes the Uber University / Summit Space Training, Fitness Room, Showers / Locker Room, Kitchen / Food Prep, Dining / Most Hands, Reception and Additional Restrooms, Café Restrooms, Umetal Lab and Open Office with total of ~ 900 seats.

The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold V4 compliance.
