HVAC Engineering and evaluation to provide conditioning for LAB expansion in building E.

AlfaTech provided expertise in building assessment plus evaluation / recommendations to resolve issues at the Los Gatos site for over 900,000 SF of building space. AlfaTech assessment included:

HVAC Engineering and design for building lab conditioning including evaluation of existing building HVAC systems.

• Interview Client on facility issues and expectations. • Assess all existing MEP systems for reliability.

• Review equipment life expectancy / longevity. • Provide power quality and load assessment • Recommendations for MEP sustainable system replacement. • Present in-depth reports and executive summary. • Project specific maintenance prevention report based on system evaluations. • Ongoing MEP support with existing facilities systems.

The scope of work included the following buildings.
