AlfaTech provided mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical engineering services for Morrison & Foerster, LLP, (“ MoFo ”) for the renovation of the 27th through 36th floors, which the law firm occupies at 425 Market Street. The project scope included engineering improvements for final occupancy of approximately 220,500 SF on floors 29 through 36. This project was a complex, fast-paced project. MoFo consolidated from ten floors to eight floors in a four-phase restack, which included utilizing floors 27 and 28 as “swing” spaces for phasing purposes. The restack project included significant renovations.
