AlfaTech provided MEP/FP engineering design and due diligence services for expansion and enhancement of Playground Global, a venture fund and design studio. This dynamic project demanded a versatile facility capable of accommodating diverse functions, including R&D labs, office space, open work plans, hoteling spaces, and a range of specialized meeting and private areas tailored for up to 450 employees. The original structure, a single-story high-bay warehouse with four bays, underwent a remarkable transformation under our guidance. AlfaTech's expertise played a pivotal role in converting the space into a vibrant, creative, and efficient workspace. The result is a unique facility that seamlessly integrates various functionalities, reflecting the innovative spirit of Playground Global's ventures.
