AlfaTech provided an in-depth analysis of the proposed electrical infrastructure and power distribution for the proposed tenant a 3 story building with 3-stories above grade and two levels sub-terranean (below grade). The proposed scope of work is approximately 530,000SF and comprised of 500,000 SF of proposed office space, 25,000SF of proposed retail space and 5,000 SF for a proposed restaurant. The remaining levels dedicated for supporting spaces such as Storage, MEP and Parking.
