AlfaTech provided MEP engineering services for this 45,000 SF space which comprised of extensive alterations to existing MEP systems based upon the proposed programmatic changes within the space. The project scope was forensic in nature to try and re use the majority of systems where possible and required a lot of creativity to meet the programmatic needs.
