One West Bank is a national bank with 70 retail branches in southern California and with approximately $12 billion in deposits. The project itself consisted of a ground up, new construction building on a 0.5-acre site at the corner of Grand and Route 66 in Glendora, CA. As the offices enjoyed great public sightlines, the engineering team worked carefully to ensure rooftop mechanical systems were hidden from view. Interior features include energy efficient lighting and color matched HVAC diffusers to seamlessly integrate into the aesthetic décor.
